My new carbon gravel wheelset dropped last week. I just need my Dolan Gravel bike now to fit them
First impressions are, despite the low price, the packaging was good, delivery good and they look pretty robust and light (1315g) too. Note on the delivery. The order was processed next day and it seems most of the 3 week delivery window, according to the tracking, the wheels were in China, in various places. Once they were put on a plane I seemed to get them within a couple of days.
I used to sell Chinese Wheels when I had my bike shop and we all now know how good some of the Chinese kit is these days. Notwithstanding a LOT of expensive mainstream brands are made in the same factories. Superteam, as far as I can tell are no exception and get good reviews ,so for the £400 or so I paid it was worth a punt and so far they look mint 👌
Definitely the widest rim I’ve ever had with a 27mm inner width. It will be interesting to see if the wider rim profile makes any tangible difference to the way the bike handles
