Refurbished

I’ve finally moved my blog to somewhere where it’s supposed to be and not freeloading on someone eles’s server.

Migrating blogs, particularly large ones like mine (it is 10 years old!) can be problematic and this was no exception but on the whole it went ok. I’ve also taken the opportunity to freshen the site up, so gone is the dark theme and in it’s place a much simpler, cleaner look. I’m hopeful the site should be a bit faster now too and nicer on mobile devices to read.

I’ve also taken all the Gravelton Events stuff off the menu. The pages are still there, I’ve just redirected and pointing to the new Gravelton Rides site

Hopefully it will have many more years in it now. I’m glad I took the Gravelton pages off, I can concentrate on it being my own personal blog again
